Description:
Address: 25 Boylston St # 204, Chestnut Hill, MA 02467 - Mon-Fri days/night rotate. Outpatient facility - all ambulatory patients - Free parking.
Start date: ASAP starts Orientation is weekly (every Monday barring a holiday) Please provide dates and times available for interview at time of submission
ALL RTO REQUESTS MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF SUB Travelers who have worked for Beth Israel Lahey Health as TRAVEL, perm or per diem within the last six months will not be accepted - MUST be separated from facility for at least 6 months of be considered
