Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with minimal on-call
Pay: $30.00–$39.00 hourly, based on experience

What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Universal EPA Certification
- Valid driver's license with insurable record
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple service calls efficiently
- Organized, process-driven, and strong with customer communication
- NATE Certification, preferred
What You'll Do
- Arrive to job sites on time and prepared for scheduled service calls
- Diagnose systems and complete approved repairs efficiently
- Support and mentor junior technicians
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Communicate equipment issues clearly to leadership
