Currently offering a 2K sign-on bonus paid out over the first year every $500 every 3 months

Responsibilities:

<li>Supervise team of employees</li>
<li>Manage labor daily based on the schedule and business needs</li>
<li>Train and evaluate employees</li>
<li>Track daily, weekly, and monthly results and trends for business forecasting</li>
<li>Resolve escalated customer complaints</li>
<li>Ensure quality control of product</li>
</ul>
​Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in retail, restaurant, customer service, or other related fields</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Excellent written and communication skills</li>
<li>Strong leadership qualities</li>
<li>Open availability</li>
<li>Ability to work 45-55 hours per week</li>
<li>Transportation and willingness to work at multiple locations locally</li>
