Job DescriptionBachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Special Education (SPED) license
• Experience working with students across K–12 grade levels in special education settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills when collaborating with students, families, and school staff

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Provide specialized instruction and modify curriculum to support diverse learners
• Work closely with general education teachers and support staff to promote student success
• Track and evaluate student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
