Were looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Manufacturing Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our production team. In this role, youll perform both sub-assembly and final assembly of precision components, working with electrical and mechanical systems. You'll play a key part in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Job Overview:
The Manufacturing Electro-Mechanical Technician performs skilled tasks involving sub-assembly and final manufacturing, including hand-soldering and using small tools. This role requires experience in mechanical and electrical assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed assembly tasks based on written specifications or verbal instructions.
- Execute diversified sub-assembly and final manufacturing tasks.
- Conduct in-process quality checks, identifying and addressing defects before shipment.
- Operate machinery, including drill presses, mills, tube manufacturing equipment, and test ovens.
- Inspect and produce parts and assemblies that conform to quality specifications.
- Screen and address defective parts as needed.
- Follow established working procedures and policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S standards.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Support special projects and process improvements.
Qualifications:
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED (required).
Experience:
- 1+ years in a technical production assembly environment.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Ability to earn certification in J-STD-001 soldering skills and techniques.
- Capability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
- Proficiency in following documented assembly procedures.
- Manual dexterity for handling small components and performing repetitive tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Visual acuity corrected to 20/20.
