SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring compassionate and dependable CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Foxborough, MA. We’re looking for caregivers who want to make a meaningful difference by helping clients maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence in their own homes.

Your Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

Help with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning
-
Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

Provide companionship and emotional support

Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, comfortable home

Follow individualized care plans and daily routines
-
Report changes in clients’ needs or conditions to the care team
Qualifications
-
Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
-
Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

Patient, compassionate, and reliable
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working independently in clients’ homes

Dependable and able to commit to scheduled shifts

Complete vaccination records preferred
