Key Qualifications:
- Active Ed Tech Certification required
- Experience supporting students in K-12 settings
- Previous 1:1 and/or classroom paraprofessional experience preferred
- Ability to adapt to various grade levels and learning needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine commitment to student development and wellbeing
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and group support for students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Assist classroom teachers in implementing lesson plans and accommodations
- Work 1:1 with students, focusing on their unique learning goals and progress
- Support inclusion strategies and encourage positive behaviors
- Maintain open communication with families and educational staff
- Uphold school policies and contribute to a positive educational atmosphere
