We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to oversee critical initiatives in Andover, Massachusetts. This long-term contract position requires an individual who is detail oriented, able to manage technology implementation projects, streamline processes, and collaborate effectively with executive-level stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to drive organizational change.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the implementation of a new Manufacturing Execution System (Critical Manufacturing), ensuring seamless transition from manual processes to technology.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables while coordinating with vendors and implementation partners.
• Gather and document comprehensive business requirements, translating them into actionable plans for cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project roadmaps, prioritize tasks, and address challenges proactively.
• Facilitate change management initiatives to support organizational adoption of new systems and processes.
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business leaders, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and progress updates to ensure milestones are met and potential risks are mitigated.
• Provide hands-on support within the system while driving conversations to refine processes and enhance efficiency.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and maintain an executive presence, fostering effective communication with senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies throughout the project lifecycle
• Proven experience in project management.
• Strong ability to gather and define business requirements, including creating Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and its application in system implementations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with executive-level stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience in managing technology implementations and change management processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Capability to balance technical expertise with effective leadership and strategic planning.
