Key Responsibilities\n

- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in a hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation setting
- Perform patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress toward goals•
- Apply safe and effective patient handling skills and transfer techniques throughout all aspects of care
- Collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient outcomes
- Manage a caseload efficiently while maintaining accurate and timely documentation

Required Qualifications\n

- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist (PT) License
- BLS certification for healthcare providers through AHA or American Red Cross
- Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience in an outpatient setting
- Excellent patient handling skills and transfer techniques
- Strong interpersonal, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Self-directed, flexible, and able to function effectively as a team player
