About the Role

The Chief Growth Officer will play a pivotal role in accelerating company-wide growth, with a strategic focus on product-led initiatives. This executive will oversee the convergence of revenue, marketing, and product to drive sustainable customer acquisition, activation, and expansion. The role is ideal for a seasoned leader with a proven track record of driving growth across both sales and product vectors.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a holistic growth strategy across the customer lifecycle, with a core emphasis on self-serve and product-led acquisition.

  • Align cross-functional teams across Product, Marketing, Revenue, and Customer Success to deliver growth outcomes.

  • Own and optimize the growth funnel — from top-of-funnel awareness through to activation, retention, and monetization.

  • Identify opportunities for new growth channels, partnerships, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Lead experimentation efforts across onboarding, pricing, product experience, and conversion.

  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to align feature development with market needs and customer insights.

  • Establish and monitor key growth KPIs, communicating impact and ROI to executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in growth, revenue, or product leadership roles within B2B SaaS, ideally in eCommerce or MarTech domains.

  • Demonstrated success scaling PLG models, with a deep understanding of customer acquisition, activation, and lifecycle optimization.

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing, funnel analysis, and metrics-driven decision-making.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders around growth initiatives.

  • Experience with modern growth stacks and tools, such as CRMs, marketing automation, and product analytics.

  • Exceptional communication skills and executive presence.
