SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring compassionate and dependable CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Westport, MA. We’re looking for caregivers who enjoy helping others and want to make a positive impact by supporting clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Your Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

Support mobility, transfers, and safe positioning

Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed

Offer companionship and emotional support

Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home

Follow individualized care plans and daily routines
-
Communicate changes in clients’ conditions or care needs to the care team
Qualifications

Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
-
Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

Patient, compassionate, and reliable

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working independently in clients’ homes

Dependable and able to commit to scheduled shifts

Complete vaccination records preferred
