We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior CNC Carpenter with deep expertise in architectural woodwork and millwork fabrication. This full-time role is ideal for a seasoned professional with 5+ years of hands-on carpentry experience and advanced knowledge in programming and operating CNC machinery for the production of custom wood components in commercial environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and shop drawings to build high-quality custom wood structures.

Program and operate CNC routers and machinery for precision cutting, shaping, and milling of wood components.

Set up tools, maintain cutting parameters, and troubleshoot machine errors to ensure quality output.

Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other shop staff to meet production schedules and project deadlines.

Fabricate and assemble custom wood fixtures, casework, cabinetry, and millwork products with minimal supervision.

Perform quality control checks to ensure dimensional accuracy and adherence to specifications.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols and equipment maintenance procedures.
Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in commercial carpentry or architectural millwork.

Proven experience with CNC programming and operation (e.g., Mastercam, AutoCAD, Cabinet Vision, or similar software).

Strong knowledge of wood materials, joinery techniques, and woodworking tools and machines.

Ability to read and interpret technical shop drawings and blueprints.

Excellent attention to detail, craftsmanship, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with lean manufacturing and production efficiency is a plus.
