No aquatic experience? No worries - we will train you to become a certified swim pro and safety expert!

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead the team on deck and in the pool - Supervise, support, and train hourly staff, ensuring smooth class operations
  • Coach instructors and serve as a lead instructor - Mentor swim teachers to deliver safe, engaging, high-quality lessons
  • Celebrate student wins - Observe and encourage progress in the pool with students of all ages
  • Support families - Help ensure each customer feels confident and cared for
  • Stay organized - Assist with scheduling, performance evaluations, and enrollment goals
  • Upload safety standards - Model and enforce our safety-first mindset for staff and students alike

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

  • You are 18+ years old with a passion for working with children
  • You bring positive energy, strong communication, and a natural leadership style
  • You love helping others grow - whether that's a nervous toddler in the water or a new teammate
  • You are available to work a consistent schedule, including weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends
  • You are physically active and ready to be on your feet, in the water, and moving with purpose
