$5,000Sign-On Bonus. We are a rapidly growing, high-quality urgent care group seekingexperienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our team in Bedford,MA. Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation:Base pay of $75–$85 per hour, with performance incentives of up to $25 perhour, resulting in an average hourly rate of approximately $96.
• Generous Paid Time Off: Fiveweeks annually, inclusive of vacation, holidays, and sick time.
• CME Support: Three paid CMEdays annually, with additional CME support provided.
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 uponjoining the team.

Requirements:

• Current and unrestrictedMassachusetts Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Minimum of six months ofclinical experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or a comparablefast-paced setting; strong new graduates will be considered.
• Excellent clinical judgment,communication skills, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work bothindependently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Availability to work everyother weekend.
