The Production Assembler works in a cleanroom environment to pack, clean, and prepare parts for shipment. You follow detailed work orders to accurately tag, bag, and document parts, ensuring each item meets quality and cleanliness standards before leaving the facility.
Pay: $18-22/hr
Responsibilities
- Work in a cleanroom environment to pack and clean parts for shipment while maintaining strict cleanliness and contamination control standards.
- Follow written work orders and work instructions to accurately tag, bag, and prepare parts for outgoing orders.
- Handle parts carefully to avoid damage and ensure they are properly cleaned, packaged, and labeled according to specifications.
- Use tools that involve heat safely and correctly as part of the cleaning or packaging process.
- Complete required documentation accurately, including tracking parts, recording work performed, and updating basic computer records.
- Adhere to all safety, quality, and cleanroom protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment and cleanroom procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate any issues with parts, tools, or instructions to maintain smooth workflow and on-time shipment.
- Participate in competency assessments and ongoing training to maintain required skills and performance standards.
Essential Skills
- Ability to follow detailed work orders and written work instructions accurately.
- Comfort using tools that involve heat in a safe and controlled manner.
- Basic computer skills to complete documentation and record work performed.
- Ability to complete and pass a competency assessment.
- Attention to detail to ensure correct tagging, bagging, and packaging of parts.
- Capability to work effectively in a cleanroom environment and follow cleanroom procedures.
- Reliability and consistency in following safety and quality guidelines.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Willingness to learn cleanroom assembly and packaging processes.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to follow structured processes and instructions.

Work Environment
This role is based in a cleanroom production environment where you work with parts that require careful handling, cleaning, and packaging. You follow cleanroom protocols, including appropriate attire and procedures to maintain a controlled and contamination-free workspace. The position runs on an afternoon to evening shift from 3:15 p.m. to 11:45 p.m. You use tools that involve heat and basic computer systems as part of your daily tasks. The broader workplace includes amenities such as an onsite gym, an employee lounge with a couch and flatscreen TV, and a culture that hosts regular company events and allows dogs in the workplace on designated days.
