SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring compassionate and reliable CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Wareham, MA. We’re looking for caregivers who enjoy helping others and are committed to providing quality in-home care that supports clients’ comfort, dignity, and independence.

Your Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

Help with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning
-
Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed

Offer companionship and emotional support

Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home
-
Follow individualized care plans and established routines
-
Report changes in clients’ needs or conditions to the care team
Qualifications
-
Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
-
Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

Patient, compassionate, and dependable

Good communication and interpersonal skills
-
Comfortable working independently in clients’ homes

Reliable and able to commit to scheduled shifts

Complete vaccination records preferred
