Responsibilities of a Behavior Technicians (BTs):

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism
-
Accurately collect and document behavioral data
-
Follow behavior intervention plans created by BCBAs
-
Support daily living skills (ADLs) and promote independence
-
Safely manage and respond to challenging behaviors
Compensation & Schedule for Behavior Technicians (BTs):

Hourly pay: $22–$28 (based on experience and certification)

Full-time and part-time positions available

Flexible schedule between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
Qualifications for Behavior Technicians (BTs):

CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

Experience working with children preferred but not required.

Strong behavioral management and communication skills
