We are a growing, Gluten-Free and Allergen-Free baking facility seeking an experienced Warehouse & Facilities Manager to lead inventory, vendor relationships, and warehouse operations while partnering closely with our Kitchen and Production teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Own inventory management, including ordering, receiving, accuracy, and storage.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Wherefour, ensuring proper use and data integrity.
- Build and manage strong vendor relationships; coordinate purchasing and resolve issues.
- Oversee shipping and receiving (UPS, FedEx, USPS, LTL, truckload).
- Inspect and document incoming ingredients, packaging, and supplies.
- Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff; support cross-training and succession planning.
- Partner closely with the Kitchen Manager, including:
- Weekly planning meetings
- Monthly joint team meetings to improve collaboration and morale
- Weekly planning meetings
- Maintain organized, compliant warehouse and storage areas.
- Support facility maintenance and repairs.
- Operate forklift as needed.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, food safety, and SQF Level 3 standards.
- 45 hours a week
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Manager (food manufacturing preferred).
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Experience with inventory systems/ERP (Wherefour a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking and time-management skills.
- Positive, hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.
