Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What we’re looking for:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current MA state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates welcomed
• Experience or interest in working within school settings
• Strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, and development of individualized treatment plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities when working with students, families, and educators

Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Document progress and maintain student records in compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with teachers, school teams, and families to support students’ learning outcomes
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere
• Engage in regular professional development to stay current with best practices
