Archer GRC Systems Analyst
The Role
You will have the opportunity to share your technical knowledge to help strengthen the engineering community and further pursue your own learning of new technologies and platforms. This role supports the Archer Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform within the Enterprise Technology team.
The team is focused on a strategic partnership with Compliance and Risk business partners, and values integrity, operational excellence, strong engineering, and technological innovation.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and support Archer 6.x GRC applications, including On-Demand Applications (ODAs) and complex workflows.
- Contribute to new Archer use cases, platform configurations, and process migrations.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Create and manage workflow rules, test scenarios, validation rules, and triggers.
- Support integrations using JavaScript, RESTful APIs, advanced data feeds, and Power Automate.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors when required.
- Document technical solutions, business processes, and project status updates.
- Mentor peers and provide best practice guidance for GRC development.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience with Archer 6.x GRC applications (development, testing, support).
- 6+ years of experience in Information Security, IT, or GRC best practices.
- Strong experience in workflow automation, integrations, and Archer solutions (Issue Management, Policy Management, Privacy Controls, Risk Assessment).
- Proficiency with Visio, Power BI, Tableau.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred certifications: CRISC, CSIM, CISSP, GRCP.
