Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rewarding opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide specialized services in a school setting located in Longmeadow, MA. This position involves travel between multiple schools, offering a dynamic and engaging work experience for professionals passionate about supporting students communication needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and reports in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to support student success.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in school environments.
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language development milestones and intervention strategies.
  • Ability to travel among school sites within the district efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, families, and staff.
