Position Overview
We are seeking talented and motivated licensed hair stylists for two flexible opportunities:
- Chair Rental (Independent Contractor): Ideal for experienced stylists with an existing clientele who want to run their own business.
- Commission-Based Employment: Perfect for newer stylists looking to build and grow their client base with support.

Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair services including cuts, color, styling, and treatments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation
- Manage client appointments and payments (independent contractors)
- Deliver excellent customer service and client experience
- Follow all salon policies and health/safety regulations
- Supply your own tools, color products, and styling materials
Requirements
- Valid Massachusetts Cosmetology or Barber License
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a professional attitude
- Ability to manage and grow a client base (for renters)
- Passion for hair trends, education, and ongoing skill development
Chair Rental Details
- Rental Fee: $200/week (may vary based on space usage)
- Deposit: One month required
- Includes: Station, utilities, Wi-Fi, backbar, and towels
- Status: Independent contractor (responsible for own taxes and insurance)
