We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to become an integral part of our HVAC team. This person must be focused on learning as they will be groomed to be an HVAC leader within the healthcare, institutional, and life science markets. With us, you are joining a team focused on being the best.

Education:

  • BA/BS (Engineering, Construction or Related Field Desired)
  • Estimating (QuoteSoft/Quickpen/AutoBid/Other)
  • Sales Experience
  • Drafting / BIM
  • OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 a Plus)

Skills:

  • Communication (Via Phone - emails last)
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Professional problem solver
  • Tech Savy
  • Understanding of the project management lifecycle
  • Able to read and interpret plans and specifications
  • Project scheduling
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with Sage/Timberline
  • Bluebeam/Procore
