About Us:
Adecco is partnering with a well-established, small manufacturing company known for precision tooling and component production. We are urgently seeking a skilled Wire EDM Operator/Programmer to join our team and support immediate production demands. This role offers a temp-to-perm path with strong potential for direct hire based on performance.Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and program 3 Wire EDM machines using Esprit CAM software
- Support both tool repair and new tool production
- Utilize 2 pole poppers and other EDM-related equipment
- Program from solid models using plug-and-play CAM software
- Cut precision components for repairs and new builds
- Perform CNC machine setup and operation as needed
- Deliver high-quality, production-ready parts for customers
Tools & Environment:
- Software: Esprit CAM, Solid model integration tools
- Machinery: Wire EDM, pole poppers, CNC machines
- Workplace: Small, collaborative team in a fast-paced, hands-on shop environment
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Proven experience in Wire EDM operation and programming
- Familiarity with Esprit CAM or similar software
- Ability to interpret and work from solid models and part drawings
- Experience with CNC setup and operation (preferred)
- Versatile skillset and eagerness to grow in a cross-functional role
- A team-oriented attitude and desire for long-term employment with a stable company
Pay Details: $27.00 to $33.00 per hour
