Payrate: $27 - $33/HR

About Us:
Adecco is partnering with a well-established, small manufacturing company known for precision tooling and component production. We are urgently seeking a skilled Wire EDM Operator/Programmer to join our team and support immediate production demands. This role offers a temp-to-perm path with strong potential for direct hire based on performance.Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and program 3 Wire EDM machines using Esprit CAM software
  • Support both tool repair and new tool production
  • Utilize 2 pole poppers and other EDM-related equipment
  • Program from solid models using plug-and-play CAM software
  • Cut precision components for repairs and new builds
  • Perform CNC machine setup and operation as needed
  • Deliver high-quality, production-ready parts for customers

Tools & Environment:

  • Software: Esprit CAM, Solid model integration tools
  • Machinery: Wire EDM, pole poppers, CNC machines
  • Workplace: Small, collaborative team in a fast-paced, hands-on shop environment

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Proven experience in Wire EDM operation and programming
  • Familiarity with Esprit CAM or similar software
  • Ability to interpret and work from solid models and part drawings
  • Experience with CNC setup and operation (preferred)
  • Versatile skillset and eagerness to grow in a cross-functional role
  • A team-oriented attitude and desire for long-term employment with a stable company



Pay Details: $27.00 to $33.00 per hour
