Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, utilizing various tools such as structured interviews and questionnaires.
- Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions through recognized evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care principles.
- Design and implement personalized treatment plans in coordination with clients and interdisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment with client goals and evolving circumstances.
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and interdisciplinary team members to provide coordinated care that addresses the complexities of clients’ needs.
- Provide crisis intervention, including risk assessment and safety planning, for clients in acute distress, ensuring immediate support during challenging situations.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and treatment progress in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
