Restaurant General Manager Requirements and Responsibilities:
- 5 years of experience as a General Manager in a Full Service Upscale Environment
- Skilled in inventory management and departmental oversight
- Hands-on leadership, working the floor and mentoring junior managers
- Ability to cultivate a positive work culture
- Proven record of building strong guest relationships
- High energy and self-motivation
