About Us
Bramhall’s Country Store is a historic farm stand and takeout spot in Plymouth, MA, serving lobster rolls, ice cream, and local produce in a fast-paced, outdoor setting. We’re a small, tight-knit team with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and creating a great summer experience for customers.
The Role
We’re looking for a working Store Manager to run day-to-day operations during our busy season. This is a hands-on leadership role—you’ll be managing staff while also jumping in to prep food, serve customers, stock products, and keep things moving.
You’ll oversee a team of high school and college employees and set the tone for how the store operates each day.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of the farm stand and takeout window
- Supervise, schedule, and support a team of seasonal employees
- Train staff on customer service, food prep, and store procedures
- Step in during busy periods (food prep, register, scooping, stocking)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
- Manage inventory and restocking of food, drinks, and retail items
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience at all times
- Open and close the store as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in retail, food service, or hospitality management
- Comfortable leading younger staff and holding people accountable
- Strong work ethic—willing to work hard and stay on your feet
- Organized, reliable, and calm under pressure
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
- Available to work weekends and peak summer hours
- Willingness to get a Serv Safe certification.
