Langdon Place of Nashua is looking for dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/ Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional care and are seeking a supportive and revitalized work environment, we want to hear from you!
Shift: 3PM - 11PM
Compensation: $35.00 - $40.00 based on experience + applicable shift differentials
Sign On Bonus: LPN $2,500 | RN $2,750
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/ Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, compassionate care to our residents.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Monitor and document patient conditions and collaborate with healthcare providers to adjust care plans as needed.

Assist with daily living activities and support residents’ overall well-being.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and facility policies.

Educate residents and their families about health management and care plans.
Requirements:
-
Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire.

Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Prior experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred but not required.
