Position Overview:
- Job Type: Part Time - (2-3 Days/Week)
- Duration: August 2025 - June 2026
- Caseload: K-8 - Two School Sites
- Work Environment: Collaborative and supportive school setting with access to necessary resources
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students, teachers, and staff
- Implement evidence-based interventions to improve student behavior and learning outcomes
- Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and families in behavior management strategies
- Monitor progress, collect data, and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate with IEP teams to ensure students receive appropriate support services
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in a related field (Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, etc.)
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license in Massachusetts
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavior modification techniques
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- **Must have prior School Experience**
