Marvel Construction Corp is a trusted leader in the construction industry, specializing in residential projects. We’re currently seeking motivated and reliable Construction Laborers to join our growing crew.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with site preparation, including site protection, loading/unloading materials and setting up equipment.
- Pick up and deliver materials to job sites.
- Demo
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Clean and maintain construction sites to ensure a safe and organized work area. Operate an F350 Dump Truck.
- Support skilled tradespeople (e.g., carpenters) as needed.
- Measure, cut, know how to use all the tools
- Follow all safety protocols, company policies, and instructions from supervisors.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the project team.
Qualifications:
- Previous construction or general labor experience preferred (but not required for Laborer position) — we will train motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift up to [50–80 lbs] and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new skills and work as part of a team.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and have a valid driver’s license.
