Job Description:
As an Estimator, you will be responsible for analyzing blueprints, specifications, and other documents to provide accurate cost estimates for projects. While experience with estimating software is helpful, we are willing to train the right candidate on our specific software tools.
Duties
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Develop accurate cost estimates based on project specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers and other teams to ensure project budgets align with client expectations.
- Assist with bid proposals and cost evaluations.
- Ensure estimates are detailed, precise, and timely.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma Required.
- Flooring experience is a plus but not required
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new estimating software (training provided).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Drivers License and reliable transportation required
