We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Leadership Development Associate to join our Boston team. This role is designed for individuals passionate about building leadership capability, driving team performance, and supporting organizational development. You will assist in the design and execution of training programs, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and contribute to the growth of future leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of leadership training and development programs

  • Facilitate workshops, team-building activities, and performance coaching sessions

  • Analyze team dynamics and recommend strategic improvements

  • Collaborate with senior consultants and leadership teams to align development initiatives with business goals

  • Track participant progress and prepare feedback reports

  • Assist with program logistics, scheduling, and material preparation

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in leadership development, training, or organizational development

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability

  • Self-starter with a passion for personal and professional growth

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management tools
