You will assist in the design and execution of training programs, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and contribute to the growth of future leaders.
Responsibilities

Support the development and implementation of leadership training and development programs

Facilitate workshops, team-building activities, and performance coaching sessions

Analyze team dynamics and recommend strategic improvements

Collaborate with senior consultants and leadership teams to align development initiatives with business goals

Track participant progress and prepare feedback reports

Assist with program logistics, scheduling, and material preparation
Qualifications
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field

1-3 years of experience in leadership development, training, or organizational development
