A MA health services network is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their growing team.
About the Opportunity:

<li>Schedule: Monday to Friday (flexible)</li>
<li>Hours: 8am to 5pm (flexible)</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Provide consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers, and other service providers related to the speech disorders</li>
<li>Evaluate treatment outcomes to assess effectiveness</li>
<li>Document plan of care and all services provided</li>
<li>Maintain patient records according to Agency policy</li>
<li>Perform other duties, as needed</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Master's Degree in Speech Therapy</li>
<li>NJS Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license</li>
</ul>
