Experienced Registered Nurse needed for a night shift position in a medical-surgical telemetry float pool. This contract role requires flexibility to float among eight different units within a hospital setting, providing comprehensive patient care and telemetry monitoring. Candidates should be comfortable working varied night schedules including every other weekend shifts totaling 36 hours weekly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care across multiple med/surg telemetry units including ED, acute mental health, and ICU transfer-ready patients.
- Perform continuous cardiac monitoring; measure and interpret telemetry strips every 4 hours.
- Administer cardiac drips and manage complex telemetry equipment such as TR Bands.
- Adapt to variable patient loads with clinician-to-patient ratios ranging from 5:1 to 6:1 depending on shift.
- Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic medical records.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Massachusetts RN license and AHA BLS certification required.
- Minimum two years of acute care hospital experience preferred, especially in telemetry and cardiac monitoring.
- Proficiency in reading tele strips and performing cardiac drips is essential.
- Ability to work night shifts and every other weekend schedule.
