Key Responsibilities\n

  • Perform thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations using established clinical tools, such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, to develop individualized care plans that respect the cultural diversity and specific needs of the patient population.

  • Continually monitor and evaluate patient progress, providing tailored interventions that support mental health diagnosis and promote stability.

  • Maintain accurate and timely record-keeping for all clinical interactions using technology that aligns with regulatory standards, ensuring compliance and transparency.

  • Collaborate with patients and their families to devise comprehensive treatment plans that articulate clear goals and desired outcomes, ensuring their active involvement in the care process.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's Degree in Social Work is required.

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Sarasota Memorial Medical Center offers an attractive salary range of USD 90,000 – 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
