We are looking for an experienced Senior Staff Accountant to join our team. This is a hands-on role for an accounting professional who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, improving processes, and working collaboratively across the organization.

What You’ll Do
\n
As our Senior Staff Accountant, you will play an important role in maintaining accurate financial information, supporting financial operations, and helping improve our accounting processes and systems.
\n
Responsibilities include:
\n
- \n
- Manage full-cycle general ledger accounting, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end activities.
- Prepare and reconcile bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, and supporting schedules.
- Assist with the preparation and analysis of financial statements.
- Prepare and maintain fixed asset records, including additions, disposals, and depreciation.
- Prepare and file various tax returns and required financial filings.
- Perform cash management activities, including loan payments, ACH transactions, and related reconciliations.
- Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and identify opportunities to strengthen processes and controls.
- Manage the vendor rebate program, including tracking rebate activity, monitoring payments, reconciling amounts received, and following up on outstanding rebates.
- Serve as a financial resource to managers and other users of financial information throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with Finance and IT on ERP processes, system improvements, automation, upgrades, and other technology initiatives.
- Participate in accounting and finance projects and help drive projects through completion.
- Develop and document accounting procedures and best practices.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to other members of the accounting team.
- Assist with year-end activities, audits, and other accounting projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For
\n
The successful candidate will bring a combination of strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, initiative, and a collaborative approach.
\n
- \n
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including full-cycle general ledger accounting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Experience working with integrated accounting or ERP systems; ERP implementation or system improvement experience is a plus.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to analyze information, identify issues, and develop practical solutions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Supervisory experience and/or demonstrated leadership skills.
- Self-starter who takes ownership and follows assignments and projects through to completion.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both financial and non-financial team members.
- Collaborative, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

The pay range for this position is $90,000-$105,000. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.

Starting salary may vary based on things like location, experience, and qualifications. Candidates with unique qualifications may be considered for compensation above this range.
