Product Marketing Manager – Channel & Reseller Strategy
Location: Beverly, MA (On-Site)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Compensation: $110,000 – $150,000 / year + 7/15 Bonus Structure
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Flexible schedule start/end time; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Travel: Up to 30%
About the Role
Are you a strategic marketing leader with a background in manufacturing and distribution channels? We are a global leader in interconnect solutions for Aerospace and Defense, and we are seeking a high-energy Product Marketing Manager - Channel & Reseller Strategy to lead and grow our Resell Product Group Marketing team.
In this high-visibility leadership role, you will own the overall channel marketing strategy, oversee reseller and distribution partner relationships, and drive cross-functional alignment across sales, operations, and global business units.

Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and develop the Reseller Product Group Marketing team to elevate performance, engagement, and team retention.
- Channel Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for product lines sold through distribution and reseller channels.
- Partner Relationship Management: Work directly with distributors, channel partners, and international business units (including Amphenol Limited) to ensure alignment on product positioning, promotions, and sales collateral.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Product Management to align reseller strategy with business targets and launch initiatives.
- New Product Introduction (NPI): Champion NPI activities from concept through market launch, focusing on speed, execution, and partner readiness.
- Market & Business Analytics: Track channel POS, inventory, forecasting, pricing, and program performance to identify growth areas and mitigate business risks.
- Sales Enablement: Oversee the development of high-impact sales tools, training programs, partner portals, and RFP responses.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Channel Marketing, Product Management, or Technical Marketing.
- Manufacturing Experience (Required): Proven experience operating within a manufacturing environment.
- Leadership Experience: Minimum 2+ years of direct people management or leadership experience.
- Channel & Technical Sales Understanding: Familiarity with reseller/distribution channels and technical sales processes (no engineering degree required).
- Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, POS data analysis, and forecasting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 30% for trade shows, partner visits, and team alignment.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus, Not Required)
- Experience within interconnects, connectors, cable assemblies, electrical/electronic components, or aerospace & defense manufacturing.
- Background in high-mix, fast-paced manufacturing operations.
