Key Responsibilities
- Operate industrial sewing machines to stitch leather and heavy fabrics
- Read and follow work instructions, patterns, and production specs
- Perform straight, curved, and reinforced stitching with high accuracy
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality, durability, and appearance standards
- Adjust machine settings (tension, needle, thread) for leather materials
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards
- Follow all safety and workplace procedures
