Your Responsibilities

Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs

Support clients with walking, transfers, and mobility
-
Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

Provide companionship and encourage social interaction

Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and comfortable home

Follow individualized care plans and daily routines

Report changes in clients' conditions or care needs to the appropriate team member
Qualifications

Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

Compassionate, patient, and attentive

Dependable with good communication skills

Comfortable providing care independently in clients' homes

Able to commit to scheduled shifts

Complete vaccination records preferred
