Available Shifts:

Full Time, Part Time Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, compassionate care under the supervision of an RN.

Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and care plans.

Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the nursing team.

Requirements:

Current and valid LPN license in the state of New Hampshire
