This travel nursing opportunity focuses on Medical-Surgical Oncology care, giving you the chance to expand your resume with advanced oncology best practices. Schedule/Hours:
- Four 10-hour day shifts per week
- Monday: 7:00 a.m. start
- Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. start
- Thursday: 7:00 a.m. start
- Friday: 6:30 a.m. start
- No weekends or holidays required
Qualifications/Experience:
- Active RN license
- Minimum one year of recent MS Oncology experience
- Chemo certification required
- Oncology Certification not required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to oncology patients in a medical-surgical setting
- Administer chemotherapy and monitor patient responses
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary care teams
- Promote safety, patient comfort, and education throughout the treatment process
- Document patient progress with accuracy and attention
