Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Location: Springfield, MAJob Description:
We are seeking a skilled operator to run S-Lock, Drive Cleat, and Large Coil equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for producing quality products while maintaining productivity and safety standards.Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor assigned fabrication equipment.
• Verify measurements and product specifications.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and maintenance.
• Maintain production records and documentation.
• Follow safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing equipment operation experience preferred.
• Ability to read measuring devices and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
