Why they want you:
You have 1+ plus years in construction and know CPM scheduling inside and out. You can look at a timeline and immediately see what breaks, what slips, and what must move. If you are a P6 wizard, even better.
What you will do:
- Build and manage schedules in Primavera P6
- Coordinate with PMs and teams to keep timelines accurate
- Analyze critical path and keep projects on track
- Flag risks before they become problems
- Deliver clean progress reports
- Solve scheduling issues without hand holding
What helps you stand out:
- Construction or engineering degree
- Experience in sitework, foundations, bridges, utilities, or transmission work
- Contractor experience
- Ability to report out of offices in Greater Springfield or Greater Boston areas
