What You Will Be Doing:

& & Representing construction clients in litigation, including depositions, dispositive motions, arbitrations, mediations, and trial preparation.
& & Managing significant complex disputes and litigation matters nationally.
& & Engaging in risk management and developing litigation and resolution strategies.
& & Reporting directly to clients and collaborating with local counsel, experts, and other entities.
& & Preparing for and participating in mediations, depositions, and trials.
& & Managing e-discovery processes in litigation cases.

Experience You Will Need:

& & Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, including taking and defending depositions and drafting and arguing dispositive motions.
& & Experience preparing for and participating in arbitrations, mediations, and trials.
& & Experience in e-discovery processes.
& & Previous involvement in construction dispute cases, including delay and disruption claims, payment disputes, and breach of contract claims is a plus.
& & Admission to the Massachusetts Bar is required.
& & Strong writing and oral communication skills.
& & Ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team.
& & Excellent academic record.
