What You’ll Be Working On

Installation of ducted & ductless air-source heat pump systems

Furnaces, boilers, and central A/C systems

Exposure to a wide variety of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment

What We’re Looking For

EPA Universal Certification (required)
-
3+ years of HVAC experience
-
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
-
Strong customer-service mindset & team-first attitude
-
Ability to pass background check & drug screening
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical job duties
Standout Candidates May Also Have
-
5+ years of HVAC experience
-
Lead Installer or Crew Lead background
-
MA Refrigeration License (preferred, not required)
-
Experience across additional trades (plumbing, electrical, sheet metal, etc.)
-
Consistently recognized as a top performer
Schedule
