Leddy Group is seeking an HR Coordinator for a growing manufacturing company. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional looking to build a career in Human Resources. The HR Coordinator will support a variety of HR functions, including payroll administration, onboarding, employee records management, reporting, and HR program coordination.

Responsibilities

- Process and administer weekly payroll and serve as the first point of contact for payroll-related questions and concerns.
- Respond to employee and external HR inquiries and provide support as needed.
- Route HR-related communications to appropriate team members.
- Coordinate with payroll, benefits, and other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating employee training sessions and seminars.
- Prepare and submit reports on HR activities and metrics.
- Analyze HR data and provide recommendations based on findings.
- Coordinate and complete all aspects of the employee onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS system.
- Assist with the implementation of HR projects, initiatives, and programs.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
\n
- \n
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of Human Resources experience or a combination of education and relevant experience.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Experience with Workday and/or ADP is preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred.
- Ability to travel occasionally (less than 5%).

Physical Requirements

- Ability to perform sedentary work with occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds.
- Frequent walking, standing, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
