Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service
  • Welcome, energize, and educate every client who walks in.
  • Build confidence around nutrition, meal planning, and healthy habits.
  • Transform first-time visitors into loyal regulars.
• Store Operations
  • Make and serve PLN's signature shakes.
  • Ensure the store is stocked, clean, and running smoothly.
  • Operate the POS, manage client plans, and support inventory deliveries.
  • Handle opening and closing procedures with pride and attention to detail.
• Team Culture
  • Collaborate closely with the Key Lead and leadership team.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance the store and client experience.
  • Embody and model PLN's core values: Enthusiasm, Knowledge, Emotional IQ, Influence, and Discipline.
