Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Envision making a meaningful difference as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supporting middle school students in an innovative autism program throughout the academic year. This full-time, onsite contract role focuses on serving the LINKS Program across multiple campuses, empowering students and collaborating closely with educators within a vibrant school community.

Your expertise will play a key role in uplifting students by providing essential direct and consultative behavioral services. You'll work alongside teachers and staff to implement evidence-based practices that support student success and foster inclusive learning environments.

Preferred Experience and Skills

  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus
  • Prior experience in school-based settings
  • Exceptional time management and strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrated capability in supporting educators with evidence-based, autism-focused interventions
  • Proficient in designing and maintaining robust data collection and progress monitoring systems

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct and consultative BCBA services to middle school students in the LINKS Autism Program
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to tailor interventions for individual student needs
  • Facilitate professional development and support for educational staff, ensuring fidelity to behavioral strategies
  • Manage and analyze data to assess progress and refine interventions as needed
  • Ensure timely, effective communication with both the school and agency regarding student and program progress
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety protocols, including timely notification of absences and adherence to arrival/departure times
