Job Overview
We’re seeking a skilled Journeyman Plumber to join our growing team. Your focus will be on plumbing as it relates to HVAC systems—boilers, hydronics, condensate lines, gas—alongside general residential and light-commercial plumbing across the South Shore (Pembroke, Quincy, Weymouth, Hingham, Kingston, Plymouth, and surrounding towns).
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for HVAC equipment (boilers, condensate drains, gas piping).
- Perform conventional residential and light-commercial plumbing tasks: fixture installs, pipe repairs, drain cleaning, water heater service.
- Diagnose plumbing and HVAC issues, provide transparent estimates, and ensure work meets code.
- Collaborate with HVAC techs during installations, tune-ups, and emergency service calls.
- Complete service documentation and maintain open communication with clients.
- Respond to 24/7 on-call service requests, ensuring prompt, professional resolution.
Requirements
- Valid Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber license or equivalent.
- 3+ years of plumbing experience, especially servicing HVAC-integrated systems.
- Knowledge of local plumbing/HVAC codes and safety regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and clear customer communication.
- Clean driving record and ability to travel across the South Shore.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
