Plant Electrician– Ayer, MA

What You’ll Do
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and code specifications
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain AC/DC motors, drives, transformers, and control systems
- Replace or repair wiring, switch boxes, panels, lighting, and other electrical components
- Conduct preventative maintenance and maintain accurate service records
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes
Requirements:
What You Bring
- Active Journeyman Electrician License (Massachusetts)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in electrical work, preferably in an industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- A commitment to safety, precision, and teamwork
